> Green Building News
Greenbuild365.org, a website that features educational and other resources on green building and the LEED green building certification program,
has been re-launched by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
Educational resources on the site include a catalog of more than 80 courses on various green building topics, including some that are available online at any time. Other courses are scheduled online or in person at specific locations in 31 states.
Courses that are available online at any time include "Building Blocks for Healthy Indoor Air," presented by the Greenguard Environmental Institute, "Geothermal Technologies," presented by the Energy Center of Wisconsin, and "Green Practice: Energy and Air Quality Principles," presented by Boston Architectural College. Many of these courses are free, as are some scheduled courses, both online and in person. Others have fees ranging from $25 to several hundred dollars.
Courses are available from the 100 level (basic awareness) to the 400 or mastery level.
Also available on the site are videos, podcasts and articles on a wire range of green building subjects. Visit greenbuild365.org.
