We're just back from a successful and exciting showing at the 2008 AHR Expo in New York City, where we introduced a number of new products, visitor traffic set a record and the atmosphere was very positive among the HVAC pros there.
A record 39,298 visitors attended the expo, according to show management. A record number of visitors also stopped by the Taco booth to get a first-hand look at Taco's wide assortment of products and systems.
Those of you who didn't make it to the Expo can see all Taco's featured items at TACO-HVAC.com.
In the meantime, here's a closer look at a few, with more to follow in our next email.
New, Larger Split-Coupled Vertical Inline Pumps
Taco has added three larger size Vertical Inline Split-Coupled (KS) pumps to the line. The KS1016, KS 1213B and KS 1415 all:
Complement the existing line of KS pumps with improved performance and higher operating efficiencies
Extend the operating range of the KS pump line up to 13,000 gallons per minute capacity.
KS Vertical Split-Coupled Inline pumps are designed for optimum performance, easy installation and simplified maintenance. All three new pumps are available in both 50 and 60 Hertz.
New Low Water Cutoff for Residential Boilers
Taco also introduced a new LTR Series Low Water Cutoff, a more advanced low water cutoff (LWCO) control for use with residential hot water boilers.
The LTR Series was designed around the expressed needs of residential boiler installers and service techs for enhanced installation, operation, service and compact dimensions. It's compatible with both gas and oil-fired residential boilers, and the size makes it well-suited to smaller, high-efficiency boilers.
