New Business Development/Regional Manager

Manage the sale of commercial Taco products through sales representatives and distributors to achieve international sales and profit goals within the region; develop commercial product sales in the Middle East; provide a complete range of technical support and documentation to representatives including interpretation of project specifications and assistance in the preparation of product submittals; participate in the selection, training and development of sales representatives and distributors; and develop relationships with key contractors and consultants in the region. Travel as needed in the territory to maintain working relationships with reps and clients. Requires a BS in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration with relevant experience, 5+ years experience in hydronic HVAC and/or experience as a commercial pump sales engineer, and excellent communication and organization skills. International Sales Manager

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced International Sales Manager to manage key international accounts and distributors; develop new business globally; and maintain, develop and expand the existing international customer base. Serve as the primary interface with appointed sales representatives, distributors and customers; determine customer requirements, translate them into quotations; and, in concert with the management team, perform all necessary project management duties to see them through the manufacturing and delivery process. Requires a BS in International Business, Business Administration, or Marketing with 7+ years of progressive international sales and sales management experience in the HVAC industry. Must have excellent sales presentation, management, communication and organization skills; ability to develop, plan and implement short and long-range goals; ability and willingness to travel extensively within targeted territories; knowledge of foreign customs and protocol; and current knowledge and understanding of different trade agreements with foreign countries. Electrical Engineer

Successful candidate will be responsible for all phases of design and development of embedded motor controls in circulators used in hydronic systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, entrepreneurial individual who can both see the big picture and has hands-on experience someone who will own projects from developing specifications to laying out board work and liaising appropriately with other teams.

Candidate must have 5 years experience designing motor controls, knowledge of the associated hardware and firmware/software and BSEE (MS preferred). Circulator R & D Engineer

This is an opportunity for an experienced engineer who has worked with electric motor design and has a solid knowledge of "Permanent Magnet Motors". Preferred background would include permanent magnet motor design, wet rotor motor design, and an understanding of electronic motor speed control. The successful candidate will design and develop new products, specifically new pumps based on classical hydraulic and fluid mechanics principles. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, motor design and development experience as well as 7 years of experience with HVAC or related products, process, product design and analysis.
